Looking for labels to sew into handmade garments.

I am looking for some really nice labels to sew into hand-knitted items, the labels are for a birthday present for someone. I would rather they were embroidered rather than just printed on, saying hand-knitted by then the person's name. Can anyone point me in the right direction to get some?

Years ago. I used to get my embroidered clothing tags from Cash's - not sure if they are still in business though

I've used Cash's for name tapes and for 'handknitted by ,,,'

They still make them.
