Another dog/cat blanket for Battersea

It makes me feel like a slouch! I managed one round of a crochet blanket last night, although it was a pattern round.

Gosh, you are so prolific! Battersea and all the furry ones really love you, I’m sure!

What a good idea Allira .I will certainly try that.

If we make squares for blankets for charity at our craft group, one member takes the squares, joins them and lines the blankets with fleece.
I don't know what we'd do without her !

Our new little rescue cat came with 2 knitted blankets that had been home made😊.

She still uses them.

A beautiful blanket for some lucky cat or dog. Our poor old moggy finds great comfort from his that came with him from Battersea. He is a very timid fellow and when anything frightens him he heads straight for his blanket that is looking a bit the worse for wear after constant use for two years. I have tried him with other blankets but they have not been acceptable.

Would he be upset if you backed it with fleece Greenfinch? It would make it stronger and last longer. You could try a piece or a cheap fleece cot blanket in his bed first, if he's happy with that you could sew them together.

I don't understand Depression but I can only imagine how harrowing it must be to suffer it.
