Don’t worry, mistakes are normal! Try simple patterns, watch videos, and practice bit by bit. You’ll get better soon! Keep going!

CrazyH I can’t read books now I was an avid reader all my life but last few years it’s gone I put it down to my eyes but after they were operated on I still can’t read so now I put it down to concentration I can read of course but just not a whole book
I miss it I used to love waiting for the next chapter and grabbing ten minutes here and there or in bed for an hour but now I’ve given up 😢

I heard there is plenty of B12 in nutritional yeast. I take a tablespoon of it in about 1/4 cup of water before bed. Then another mouthful of water to wash it down. I sleep like a baby and my concentration is much improved.

It's funny you should say that Nell82 I've just started B12 injections so maybe it's something to consider

Life is too short and only do the things that bring you pleasure. I am addicted to knitting! Knitted since I was 9 years old and now over 70. Maybe try again in a years time.

I used to love reading. I haven’t touched a book for a couple of years - i read the papers and all the articles contained therein, but that’s my limit !

I've been having trouble with concentration. A recent blood test showed I have a Vitamin B12 deficiency. I'm hoping when this is treated I will notice a difference!

If it doesn't feel good, doesn't make you happy, stop doing it. Do something else less complicated. Do things that make you happy. Buy a lovely cardigan for the wee ones and stitch (add) some pretty lace round the ends.

I definitely cant do things I used to do. Yes, it is frustrating.
