Just finished, phew.
Heffalumps are keeping Very Old Ted company before going off with the postman on Monday.

I love seeing your work Wizend!

Especially for such a worthwhile, good cause.

Thank you.

Great knitting again, Witzend

I hope you don't mind me asking about Very Old Ted but he looks remarkably well preserved for a bear of a certain age. Has he visited the Teddy Bear Hospital or did you renovate him yourself? If so, do you have any tips? Poor old Bobby is still languishing in the attic here.
If he'd prefer not to tell us all about his facelift, Botox etc, fair enough.

Poor old Ted was actually languishing in a drawer for around ten years after our last dog chewed half his face off when she was a pup! But eventually we sent him off to the Teddy Hospital - they did a great job, a new nose, and the missing eye replaced.
He was a present from a granny on my first birthday, so evidently extremely ancient and deserving of the best care!

I will investigate, thank you.

Your Ted looks very similar to mine! I'm not sure who gave him to me, but he sat on my bed all through childhood in the 60's.

Your knitting is so creative, I don't have the patience for fiddly items. Well done!
