I’m so sorry, but that pattern is only available to makers who are registered with Knit for Nowt - who supply therapy* items to children’s therapists all over the U.K. Except for the cost of P&P the items are free.
*Big Frog is a worry eater!
I dare say there might well be one or more frog patterns on the Lovecrafts website - well worth a look. You can usually just download the patterns.
