I am a grandmother for the first time

We are now grandparents, our daughter gave birth to a son on the 15 October 7Lb 9oz at 8.05am.

Home within 12 hours and Skype us in the evening to see our grandchild a sleep what a precious little bundle and we can't wait to go down to see them.

Many congratulations! wine I'm a devoted acolyte of two gorgeous boys, one 10 months old today and one just 15 weeks. I can hardly remember what it was like this time last year, before I joined the club! You've a lot of joy ahead.

jeanie99 congratulations. Its just over a year since I first became a granny to a little boy. A lovely experience. My dgs is walking and chattering now. It's not very intelligible conversation yet but it sounds as if he knows what he is saying. They do grow up so quickly. Enjoy the cuddles.
