I have not liked the vituperative and insulting (tautology??) comments aimed at GNetters who did not agree with a poster, which is why I have only read the later posts on this thread, and not joined in until now. I did not read *Aka's post, so cannot comment.

Ariadne I think you can probably just about be vituperative without being insulting. It probably depends on who or what you are talking to/about. Saved from any Tautological pedants for now.
