A remote control device that controls everything, never gets lost, is easy to understand and with batteries that never run out.

For everything in my house to be working. At present I need a new cat flap (the singing, dancing microchip one has given up the ghost) and I have recently fitted a new shower hose. Mundane but they take up time and money.

Nothing much. Just to spend time with the family and peace in the Middle East.

Maniac I've been in the same boat with my teenage grandchildren since December 2005. It's especially hard at Christmas and birthdays isn't it?
On the basis that I won't find them under my Christmas tree however, I wish to amend my earlier answer. Please Santa, may I be greedy and have flowers and some luscious Molton Brown body wash? Harrigran can tell you where to buy it cheaply (well, cheaper than usual 'cause it's really not cheap or I'd buy my own.)

To spend an hour with my 15 yr old grandson who I've been denied all contact with for the last 4 years.

What I really wish for is peace in the world. It's such a cliche, but I do mean it wholeheartedly.

I don't need anything or want much either - I do hope we all have a lovely time at DD2s this year and I am really going to love seeing GS open his pesents.

A voucher to buy yarn, also a book voucher, and subscription to Womens Weekly, including all their specials. I'd also like some really good moisturiser for mature skin.

I just want everyone to be healthy and happy, we don't receive presents.

In my dreams, I'd love a gardener for a couple of days, to do a winter clear-up. DH insists that now he's retired, he can help with it and spending money on a gardener is an unnecessary expense. But apart from the odd day helping shovel leafmould, I'm still waiting - and it sometimes feels a bit overwhelming doing it all myself, especially in the autumn because we back onto a wood.
I'd also like some East tokens. I love the clothes there, but they're very expensive unless there are offers on.

But like shysal, the adults in the family don't do presents any more, so my wishes will remain wishes!

Most of all, then, I would like my family around me, and to know that the tests I've had recently are going to come back clear

..... to have moved into the house we've just bought.

Before we can move in it needs a new kitchen, wet room, exterior doors, a few windows, completely redecorating & various other jobs. The builder assures me the work won't take long (once they actually start) and that we 'should' be in for Christmas.

I really wanted a leisure battery - Mrs. P got me one today 75Ah great !

A weekend at a spa - I can never justify spending that amount of money on myself - but would love the family to put together and give it to me for Christmas...

Every Christmas I give my family a list of fiction books that I want to read. And I ask for vouchers so I can buy more books.

I'd love a publisher of children's poems to tell me that at least one of the 1,200 new poems for children that I've written, will be published in 2015, but as all publishers and literary agents in the UK have shut their doors on children's poetry I'm sad to say, I'll be lucky. If you or your grandchildren would love to see the work I've done, simply Google JOSIE'S POEMS and as a special gift for your grandchild and his/her school, why not give them a subscription to my five huge websites or even just one of my E-books? Do they like poetry books? Poetry is great for children and I've added my voice recordings for them. This represents eight years of really hard work. Send the publisher too though. This granny is getting to feel tired with trying.
