Was watching Britain's Got Talent and a group came on singing the song ROAR and for the first time I actually listened to the lyrics because of the way that the song was sung and they are truly amazing.

Good song, but - oh blimey - that's a crappy programme. Those dreadful judges - cringe inducing. Audience without a braincell between them.

DD and I, and especially the two DGDs, loved the hula-hooping lady!
That was about it, really...

What was all that rubbish with the hypnotizing dog?

jinglbellsfrocks Sat 25-Apr-15 22:44:21

I have given up on Saturday evening television. So rubbishy on both sides. DVDs here now. Until Casualty comes on.

And even that's lost all sense of reality, with people barging in and out of rooms, dragging patients from their beds and having slanging matches all over the place! hmm

I have just watced a film about Genghis Kahn this evening. All subtitles because they were speaking what I suppose, was Mongolian. It was....quite good.

Ana it's got really good at the moment, with that cow of a nurse shopping Mrs Beacham, just to get her off her back! shock

I think the first few editions of this programme are the best - once it becomes serious, I lose interest.

jingl, I know Rita's a tell-tale sneak, but Connie's such an arrogant, snooty bitch woman that I can't help feeling very glad that she's been put in such a humiliating position. Serves her right!

Saturday night TV what a load of codswallop, i actually watched BGT for 10 minutes, what a load of rubish, decided cleaning the oven was a better option

jinglbellsfrocks Sat 25-Apr-15 23:02:33

It's 'Beauchamp', innit? Not Beacham. (weird or what confused)

jinglbellsfrocks Sat 25-Apr-15 23:03:33

I like Connie! So there!

grin

Ana Sat 25-Apr-15 23:03:50

That's very sad, campodol. Couldn't you have read a good book instead? grin

merlotgran Sat 25-Apr-15 23:05:44

Can't stand Connie but I'm now rooting for her. hmm

Nothing could be worse than cleaning the oven, not even Britain's Got Talent or Ghengis Khan.

Jomarie Sat 25-Apr-15 23:21:26

my comment related to the original thread not the stuff that came after it. I must remember to be more specific when responding to lighthearted stuff. ....Parcs - I was responding to your original comment - still new to this game - will endeavour to improve......
