Could she manage large print books? My mum spends hours playing patience and reading large print books. I am just getting her to try a kindle.....not sure if it will be a success! How about crochet for a change?

What about audio books which you can get on CD or we can download them free from the library they could go on her i pad etc. ?
Games what about solitaire the one with marbles in dips, or large print/ enlarged word searches.
There are lots of solo card games e.g patience and i know you can get large playing cards.
Also large print sudoko available on RNIB website.
Good luck in finding something she enjoys.

Hi
Can anyone recommend solo games for my
91 year old partially sighted mother.
She knits, and watches TV, but gets fed up.
We did try with an iPad but she could not do it or see the buttons.
I am thinking maybe an electronic game or puzzle.
Hope someone can help
