Nope! But I imagine its something that happened lots years ago when fringes with long straight hair was popular and people cut their own. and it ended up very short.

Something made me think of an old tale my mum used to tell, I think about a girl called jellybean, who was cutting her fringe and cut one side, then cut the other side to even it up and kept cutting each side to make it even. Anyone know what I’m talking about?
