It did nothing for me. What has helped me has been taking silica, biotin and other B vitamins.

My GP suggested it after finding no reason my hair was falling out. Haven’t tried it yet. Will do when I can get to buy some

Has anyone tried this to achieve thicker hair?

My hairdresser told me of another couple of clients who have had good results but I'm a bit wary of trying it. My hair is very fine.
