OCADO - Welcome Gift and Anniversary Gift

Ocado advertise both these gifts when you start your online shopping with them and when you renew. I have never had either of these gifts, I have queried it with Ocado but no-one in Customer Services or their Marketing Department has given me an answer, they just say they are querying it with marketing and keep promising a response within 3 days, I first posed the question to them in September and keep reminding them I’m waiting! I just think they should change their advertising if they dont actually offer this perk!, its the principal and I like gifts lol!, so have any of you Ocado shoppers ever had these gifts?, what were they? Thanks

Mention it on their Facebook page, or tweet it. That should get a result.

My welcome gift was £20 worth of named products. except apparently several items were out of stock so I got £12 of items. When I queried what about the missing items they claimed they couldn't substitute the items or offer monetary recompense.

I never got my gift either. It was either champagne or chocolates and I chose chocolates. It never arrived.

I have now gone back to shopping at Tesco. Far better value.

Bon Marche offered a birthday/ anniversary if joining come on. When I enquired, I was told “it would be looked into”.
Two years on, I,m still waiting.
(My predictive Ipad wanted to put wilted smile )

Well, I kept getting the run around so I suggested I might ask the Advertising Standards Agency, and lo a £10 voucher has winged its self my way!
