Sweet charity, although good, sounds as though you are opening a sweet shop. I think the word cake has to be in the title somewhere.

I don't like Sweet Charity. It doesn't convey 'teashop' or 'café' to me at all.
Prospective customers need to be attracted by the name into thinking about your yummy wares, and Sweet Charity doesn't do that.

I like the previous suggestion, Charitea. My own suggestion is Friends.

What a great idea and a really lovely thing to do. I live fairly near to Rugeley so could definitely ‘pop’ in with my friend. Two names for you to think about

There was, or is? a lovely tea shop in Marlborough. Just saying.
