art holidays

Has anyone been on a painting holiday in the UK? I feel the need to do something for me, as I feel that everyone is using me. I like to do painting but not very good and lack confidence. Need advice and help from other grans please.

Forgot to say- all levels catered for. My husband did a 2 day course last year, not painting but for complete beginners- it was great and he’d go again.

I can recommend HF holidays. They do walking and activity breaks. I have only done the walking ones, but as a single person I found several others alone or in groups of friends as well as couples. The food is fabulous and you can be as sociable as you wish in your spare time without any pressure.
The prices may seem high but for me were well worth it.
