I do something most days. There are lots of yoga classes to suit every level of ability on YouTube. I’ve also downloaded the Peloton app. I thought it was just for those who have the hugely expensive Peloton bike, but it’s not. There are different fitness classes on it. Again, lots of yoga - but also, miraculously , guided meditation sessions, which have prevented me from going crazy. AND - it’s free for the first three months!
If you’ve got your head round Zoom, you can find Pilates and HIIT classes. You need to go on Facebook and find ‘Nurturefit’. I find that my day has some structure if I have a fitness session in it. This lockdown means we’re moving much less - my goal is to be fitter at the end of it. Kind of like giving the finger to Coronavirus!
