It helps if you tilt the seat downwards a little so there is less contact

I'm a BBW and couldnt find trouser so I bought some padded cycling shorts off eBay and cut the thighs so they fitted like a pair of knickers. Then I wear them under my trousers. Makes all the difference.

could any grans recommend any sort of cycling trousers? I am finding that it is quite sore on my labia after even a short ride.
I gather there are padded bits below which should stop the chafing?
