Than you for the replies. I will look for a Pro Cook pan.
I have a frying pan of that make and it is excellent.

So useful and excellent.

Please may I ask for any suggestions of the best lightweight hob to oven casserole dish.
I have been searching for a while now, but most of them are cast iron which is heavy and expensive.
I usually cook the casserole ingredients in a frying pan and then transfer them to a ceramic dish with a glass lid, but I'm finding this rather heavy now, plus it hasn't any handles and is a bit slippery.
Thanks in advance.
