It's so hard to watch a loved one (and such a young one) go through something like this and so, so hard for the family who can do nothing but wait. Love and positive thoughts coming your way ...

Just an update because he is quite stable his surgery will now be on Wednesday as they’ll have more time to plan and prepare rather than being rushed. This has all come about in just 3 days so it’s encouraging they aren’t rushing into it. Now comes the waiting.

I have already said my prayer for Louis, his family and those who love him. Courage and strength to the family in the days and weeks ahead.

Tanith, that must have been such a shock for you! Thank you for the update. You know we are here if you need us.

Thank you for the update Tanith- I was thinking of your little grandson this morning and sending virtual good wishes to him. It does sound positive news that the doctors feel he can safely wait till Wednesday but the extra waiting time must be so incredibly hard for you and your family.
