I would recommend aloe vera gel too.Other options are anthisan cream or a very small amount of hydrocortisone 1%.

Piz Buin do an anti-allergy version that always worked well for me to prevent prickly heat.

Have you tried antihistamines. Your local pharmacist will advise.

I used to suffer terribly with it, but I seem to have outgrown it, thank goodness. Aloe Vera gel was my go-to. It cooled the skin, and calmed the lumps and prickly-ness! If you can get an actual Aloe Vera plant, and use it's gel, that's even better.
