I’ve just found a site called All Subscription Boxes UK which looks helpful

SILs all appreciated Craft Gin Club subscription- and occasionally the odd cocktail with their MIL.

Great nibbles too.

Hi Kitty,

I know this is a bit off the wall as a suggestion and maybe just an added extra, but last year I bought the App CALM it has music, timed meditations, fabulous nighttime stories to help with sleep or if he wakes in the night and can’t get back to sleep. There is not a day goes by that I don’t need to dip into it. I have put it on my mobile phone too as it is easy to plug into it at night and put it under the pillow. It switches off when the story etc finishes. I share it with DS.

PS I can confirm you don’t look old enough !

That's interesting Fanny. Why doesn't GN Search work at all I wonder??

Hi Kitty
There was a long thread about this on Mumsnet with lots of suggestions.
If you fancy searching for it, the MN search function works like a dream wink

DS1 is 50 soon (I know I don't look old enough!!!) and we are trying to think of a subscription present for him.

To date we have done (or he has had from other people) cacti, meals, whisky, online comedy, coffee and socks confusedto name a few.

He is physically disabled so physical things are out, although he has been in a helicopter, an escape room and that wind tunnel thingy.

He was an English teacher and loves modern music.

Please help! Thank you!
