I understand how it might feel a bit wrong to wear the same outfit but genuinely don't think people would notice.

Could you change part of it?

Put a different cardi or jacket over it?

Different accessories or shoes?

Different hair?

Might that feel a bit better?

It's always good to get your monies worth!

I don't see why not.

Who knows whether we will be able to do much shopping before March, and anyway, if the dress fits and you feel good in it, I can see no reason why you shouldn't wear it.

If your son is anything like mine he won't remember what you wore to his sister's wedding, and if he did remember he wouldn't care if I wore it to his smile.

I hope you have a lovely day. My son is getting married in May, and I am also having outfit worries, so I know how you feel.

My son is getting married in March. I am of course giving thought to my outfit. However I have not been keen to go shopping during the pandemic! Lockdown is probably round the corner now so shops will be closed. I am in my 70s and have taken great care during this difficult time. My daughter married 7 years ago and I bought a lovely outfit , felt a million dollars on the big day. I am tempted to wear it again , it does still fit although a few pounds off might be a good idea! Should I wear it again or is that inappropriate? My DH thinks it is an ok thing to do and I considering doing that? I would appreciate your thoughts please.
