Difference in M&S price?

I bought a top in an actual M&S yesterday. It’s too big so rather than go all the way back I thought I’d do a click n collect for the smaller size. It’s £1 more expensive online. Is this regular practice for them?

Not sure about M&S but I find many stores have discrepancies between their online and bricks and mortar stores. Give their customer service a ring.

No I won’t be going back to the original big store as it’s too far away. I’m going to a more local food store where they do click n collect.
