Adverts on Gransnet

Why oh why are we getting video adverts on Gransnet. Are we not inundated with them everywhere else. Does anyone pay attention to them anyway? Please can you get rid of them.

I don’t get them, but other grans seem to. There’s quite a long discussion under ‘Site Stuff’.

Have you tried installing an ad blocker?

Blossoming I was just about to say the same. I have an ad-blocker and do not get any ads at all. on anything online.

It is quite easy to do. Put 'ad blocker in the google search box, and it will come up and click on the ad blocker site and everything is quite simple. It is free.
