What's for dinner?

Beef casserole & dumplings, it was yummy and have a small portion left for lunch tomorrow, no dumplings though as I only made 2 each. I made in the Ninja, on the pressure cook setting.

Toad in the hole with onion gravy and veg. Fruit for pudding.

DH made his pan of chicken soup with matzo balls. I made a pan of hot and sour soup and fried some prawn crackers. So it’s big bowls of soup for two days.

Cheese soufflé and tomato and onion salad.

Left over beef goulash, spinach rice, and carrots for DH followed by a slice of lemon drizzle cake.
I had a small jacket potato with butter and a tiny bit of goats cheese. Followed by tinned rice pudding. My appetite is shot these days.

Some left over roast pork with roast parsnips, sprouts & apple sauce, followed by a meringue nest, fresh raspberries & Greek yoghurt.

anyone who fed me would be fine but it looks like it's M&S for now

Italian neighbours who fed me would be fine by me.

Lucky you - wish I had Sri Lankan neighbours who wanted to feed me!

Cheese and potato pie with mushrooms, red pepper, onions and sprouts!
I used everything that needed to be eaten up in the fridge in one go.

I have Sri Lankan neighbours who think I need to be fed so a carrier bag with containers of chicken curry, rice, lentils and something else I do not recognise. Enough for tomorrow evening also. Their food is amazing.

Not sure but it smells good! Mr C is busy in the kitchen.

I had a roasted vegetable (peppers, red onion, garlic, aubergine 🍆🌶️🧅from the freezer) frittata, and about to have a mini Magnum.

Homemade lentil soup and bread.

Stir fry veggies with rice and chilli salmon.

We have just eaten ours. Sausages with peppers, onions and mushrooms cooked in a tin of chilli tomatoes plus potatoes.

Jacket potato and salad, yoghurt.

Don't really fancy it but haven't much else in.

We're off to the harvester another with a 50%off.

Tuna pasta bake with chips. Angel delight for the other four and maybe a mince pie for me.

had a salad earlier with a roll and cold meat, will have 2 rolls with a banana later.

Roasted vegetable pasta bake - (peppers, sweet potatoes, carrots, red onion) with mozzarella cheese and broccoli ready for when my OH gets in from his choir practice.

Home made cottage pie, it’s just cooking now.

Salmon with herby coating and homemade savoury rice.
