M&S chicken and kimchi wholemeal wrap and a satsuma. The wrap is a new recipe, it was delicious.

Slimming World lemonade pork, my leftovers from last night as I can never finish the huge portions my husband serves up 🥺
I usually eat two thirds and have the rest for lunch another day.

Beans on toast then a chocolate biscuit

Wyllow3 Fri 24-Feb-23 14:40:29

Cheese and marmite on toast, one slice, will catch upon greens later as a bit tired to bother.

A pastie and some some cheese. I’m having fish and vegetables in a cream sauce for tea so that’s more healthy. The pastie comes from our local farm shop and is much nicer than your average mass produced pastie

It's not lunchtime here yet, but I am looking forward to soup (did a pot a few days ago). Italian wedding soup, then yoghurt and fruit.

It's snowing here, so I am looking forward to something warm.

Porridge and raisins, I have this most days.

Late morning- Crispy bacon with a fried egg on buttered sourdough toast with HP sauce 😋

Tea was baked potato, home cooked gammon joint, English mustard and a pickled onion with a large mug of tea.

Both were very nice!

I'm doing ZOE at the moment so am trying all sorts of different foods to see how they affect my blood sugar level. Today for lunch I had lentils in a tomato sauce with a salad, some spicy chick peas and a lovely creamy blue cheese. It was great for my blood sugar level not so much for other things! yes it's true, beans give you wind!

A homemade lentil split pea and mixed vegetable broth with shredded gammon added from a home cooked gammon joint. Delicious, filling, and healthy
