Hearing aids and glasses- advice pls

First of all I wear varifocals.
Had NHS bte (behind the ear). Kept dropping off when doing yoga and Pilates
Changed to private ite ones, perfect for yoga and Pilates. OK but never perfect regarding sound but that could be me! Covid lockdown resulted in not needing them.
Now they make my ears itch. Have had them retuned but still can’t hear my grandchildren (or daughter). I can’t alter the sound myself and they are coming to the end of the warranty/service from Specsaver
Have now got bte nhs again, not able to control mine, except turning the volume up and down. No loop, no iPhone connection etc. so not perfect.
However, I am persevering with them.
The biggest problem for me now is how painful it is behind my ear from the bte bit + glasses, and that they seems to “flight each other.
Any advice?

Specsavers does glasses with built in hearing aids ...might solve problem??

I have glasses and hearing aids. Could wearing the 'control' bit or whatever it's called, a little higher help at all? I found that mainly it's a case of perseverance.

When the nhs ones are fitted you need to tell them that you wish for the loop, etc to be activated.

MySiL had problems with his nhs ones and skin problems due to his psoriasis -so they supplied him with in ear ones,
