Vitreous Enamel Baking Trays Sticking

I had a clear out of some of my ancient trays and bought 3 new Vitreous Enamel trays from Asda and Tesco a couple of months ago.
Despite being meticulous about spraying them and wiping them with oil they stick like mad. This seems particularly with potatoes and roasting vegetables. I end up having to scrap them off and it makes a real mess.
What am I doing wrong?
Has anyone got any good suggestions to prevent this happening? Thank you

You could try this, it’s great for stopping cakes from sticking, I’m sure it would do the same job on an oven tray.
