I was bought a Buyagift voucher and added to it but trying to get in contact is a total nightmare.
There isn't a telephone number, emails are I am sure coming from a robot, voucher runs out soon and need to redeem, cannot get a refund and spends days and days on this and getting nowhere fast. We selected the experience but no details for the hotel details.
There is a site and I quote Pissed consumer (rude I know) but quoting here and they seem to report much of the same.
Has anyone any help they can offer? This is so frustrating, the site even says they don't reply to letters. Grrrrr....... HELP PLEASE!
