I love it - how do I find out where it's from. Hope it's not the market!

Bridie22 Wed 18-Dec-24 10:31:11

It's a miraculous fluffy , cosy cardi though🙂

And, it was a fairly light hearted thread.
Surely not, you don't say!
Of course it was! grin

I think what we saw was some sort of 'realisation' and a turning point. Wearing a fluffy cardi.

Allsorts

It's reassuring to know she's gone to rehab with it. I can't wear anything hairy and fluffy, I start sneezing and itching within minutes. It looks as if very tight leather look leggings are in style in Eastenders along with a very low cami top and a big cardigan. I think most of the square are recovering alcoholics or involved somehow in a murder.

Spoiler alert?
I thought we were watching her funeral - or is this like the shower scene in Dallas with Bobby?

What a snob you are, you want one but not from a market.

How rude - and uncalled-for tchhmm

Thank you, Aldom.

Also, there is a market on Stenders.

Once again I think you may have misunderstood OP's meaning.
'not from the market' I understand means the OP hopes the item is from a named retailer, in order to be able to purchase the item herself. Probably not possible from an unknown street market.

Yes Allsorts, that lovely comfy cardi will keep Linda warm while she is detoxing.
Love Enders, my half hourly escapism!

The trouble with the London markets for buying clothes is that many of them, like Portobello and Camden, sell a lot of vintage stuff. It ain't necessarily cheap either.
For Linda's threads, (that's Walford speak, E20 for clothes, you need to go down the Roman, E3 in Bow. The gear is affordable, (probably knocked-off), there.
I like Walthamstow myself, my mum used to drag me round there as a child every weekend.

I have a similar one but not fluffy. Similar colours though. It's from Cotton Traders.

Happy Christmas, Mabon.

I like Linda's flamingo clothes and wish they were available somewhere.

One of the few things she wears that I thought I would quite like one like that

escaped Tue 17-Dec-24 00:13:49

grin wallah!

Did you know there's a Swedish clothing brand called Walla? I don't think Linda would like to wear their garments though because they're a bit bohemian, like Gudrun Sjödén's stuff.

Et voilà again?

Or even “wallah!”

I've bought this one to read this coming weekend.🦌

I used to like those books 😁
And one about a Sparkly Christmas Angel who'd lost her sparkle.

All gone to the charity shop now ☹

Allira

Not this one then?
From Marydoll's link.

The other one looks as if it needs de-bobbling 😁
(Sorry)

Nooo!! That one is much "posher" than the one she was wearing tonight. Even my dog has a more kempt coat than her shaggy cardi.

FishandChips15 Mon 16-Dec-24 22:26:51

Did anyone notice how one minute Linda was in the pouring rain and then it had stopped raining and her hair was not even wet?
