I use a Dunelm memory foam shaped pillow. They do sell a Tempura one for around £100 but I find the "bumps" too severe. The cheaper one at £24 does me well and lasts for years.
If I go on holiday I take a piece of memory foam to put inside the pillow case and if I forget it I use a small rolled-up towel.
