Grandchildren living abroad

What is a good way to teach my Granddaughter living in Australia about England? It would be nice if she gains an awareness of her country of birth as well as Australia which is her home now.

I may be wrong but I think with so many Brits in Australia and at least one of her parents British as well as a shared language, your GD will not feel that Britain is unknown to her. Also am assuming there is the chance she will return with her parents to visit at some time.
