Washing a wrist brace

I feel so lame asking for advice on this, but I’ve used the brace off and on for the last month. I no longer need it so want to wash it - but in the machine. The problem is that it has four Velcro straps, which might ( who knows) detach themselves from the brace and connect to other laundry. I thought I had the perfect cotton drawstring bag to put it in but that was too small. A sock would prevent it from being thoroughly rinsed. I do have one of those netting bags for socks, but this is just one item.
I’d be grateful for your ideas, GNetters please.

I’ve washed mine in the machine. I took out the metal piece tucked inside it, did up all the Velcro fastenings and popped it in with the other laundry. Air dried it. No problem. I guess you could pop it into a pillowcase knotted up if that helps, but not really necessary in my experience.

That’s brilliant news, Luvlyjubly. Thanks.
Guess I’ve just been overthinking it.
OK. Job done. Thanks again.
