Body make up for legs

I use moisturiser containing fake tan, which works well. I’ve got the Nivea Q10 one, I bought some last week in Boots, it’s less than £10.

I use the fake tan wipes called Santa Monica ,really good and give an even light tan.From B&M and very cheap! Dry almost instantly with no fake tan smell.

Watching this with interest as I’ve just been looking at Sally Hansen airbrush legs, I don’t use fake tan (far too much effort!) and I don’t sunbathe anymore. My legs are very mottled now from too much sun and I am quite self conscious of them. I used to use Rimmel sun shimmer the instant tan gel but I’m not sure if that has enough coverage for me. Does anyone else remember that Boots No.7 used to do a product called “stocking cream” many years ago it was like a foundation for legs and was even waterproof

I have milk bottle legs, and use Sally Hansen airbrush legs occasionally when wearing a dress in the summer. It’s easy to apply and remove, and looks very natural.

Sally Hanson Air Brush legs is fantastic.

Dove does a tinted moisturiser. I use light/medium. I have extremely fair skin and I am pleased it just takes the bright white edge off. It is inexpensive.

I agree about Airbrush legs. I used it when my daughter got married and thought it was fantastic. Now I wear trousers all the time or long skirts- not for my legs but my ankles have collapsed and look awful...

I also recommend Sally Hansen .
Once I apply it I don't put soap on my legs for a few days and it stays on with just a plain water shower.
If some gets on your clothes shaving cream will remove it .

I use Dove Summer revived to off set the prison pallor. As for the broken veins and marks I wear longer length dresses and floppy linen trousers in summer.

Sally Hanson airbrush and Dawsy Tanning products are both great. The tanning products are easier to apply, never streak or go patchy and smell lovely.

What's more, tanning products like these don't lead to melanoma.... Much the safer option.

I do hope no one uses sun beds. Though unfortunately if used in bygone days, the damage may be done.

Thank you ladies I’ve just ordered the Sally Hansen airbrush legs. Blinko I agree fake tan so much better and although I don’t like the way that young women are made to feel like they have to have a fake tan to look attractive, as my daughter reminds me it’s so much better than actual sunbathing or sun beds both of which I did in the past. Much to my regret now but I stopped using sun beds when I was in my 20s however I’m super vigilant now for signs of cancer. Sadly though I’m of the generation that was sent out to “get some sunshine and fresh air “ when we were kids with possibly Ambre Solair factor 2 if you were lucky !
