I don't usually cook many spicy things but the little red chillies looked so nice and fresh that I bought a bunch.
Now I can't think what to do with them! Any easy recipes?

My advice is to taste a tiny piece to make sure they are not too hot for you. If they are OK you could add raw slices to a mixed salad or to tomato based pasta sauce. You could add slices to home made quiche or to pizza.

I am sure there are many other possibilities. Happy eating.

It is the white membrane and seeds that carry the heat. Remove these and use the flesh if that is to your taste.

I don’t think there’s a recipe for chillies 🌶️ on their own (unless you pickle them) . You can slice them and use them in curries. Don’t chop them fine, just slice them across so that you can see them when serving and pick them out. Good luck.!
Btw are you talking of red chillies, or fresh green chillies ?

Chillies freeze really well if you don't want to use them all straight away. Just freeze them whole in a plastic bag or container and deseed/chop/slice from frozen. You can also dry them if you thread them onto cotton through the stalks and hang them up somewhere light and dry. They look very pretty while they're drying too!
