Lightweight bath robes that don’t need ironing

I’m looking for a full length bath robe , something like a lightweight jersey , to take on holiday to warmer climates or wear at home in the warm weather but I really don’t want to have to iron them after they’re washed , or have them look like a bundle of rags when I unpack
Can anybody point me in the right direction please . I’ve tried Cyberjammies but they crease so badly

Beckybooboo when I pack I always roll my clothes up that way nothing gets creased. Don't know about a bath robe or do you mean a dressing gown? Bath robes are using made from terry towelling . If you mean dressing gown mine was from Next and it's cotton but it is a few years old . But most places sell light weight dressing gowns just Google and I sure you will find something.

I have a lightweight cotton jersey one from M&S that seems crease-free, if you can get into a store as online purchases are still not possible.

Yes, roll it, don't fold!

I don’t use a bathrobe. After my shower, I wrap a large bath towel round my body and a small very thin muslin towel round my head. Then tidy up . But that time my body is dry and my hair is too. I might blow dry, if I plan to go out.

I don't often wear one but I'd take one on holiday.

What about a waffle type - a honeycomb weave?
They don't crease the same.

This sort - not necessarily this brand:

I've got a light waffle one from the White Company. I think it's cotton, but not too creasey.

Alternatively, stay in 5* hotels where they provide them, and robes for the pool too!

I've got a light waffle one from M&S; it doesn't need ironing after a wash.

I don't iron mine, but then I wouldn't take one on holiday either. Where are you going to wear it? Surely not for breakfast?

Beckybooboo Fri 23-May-25 16:26:04

lol .. no don’t wear it for breakfast 🤣at least not in a hotel. These days we rent an apartment for the winter in Spain and it’s lovely to sit outside to have breakfast in my dressing gown .
I do roll but the Cyberjammie crease so badly and life is too short to iron a dressing gown in my opinion 😀

why not just buy a cheap one when you get there and give it to a charity shop when you leave?

I also have a waffle one from M & S and it doesn’t crease and I never iron it. Very reasonable price too.
