Might it be worth seeing a physiotherapist and then asking them for recommendations? I’m only suggesting that as my daughter has given me a knee strap that her physio advised her to get and it’s really helped my knee. I’ve bought so many things over the years that were useless that I wasn’t going to buy one.

I have seen a couple of physio's that only recommended exercises which didn't help.

I had a really bad bout of sciatica two years ago and in desperation I tried one but it didn’t help me I’m afraid.

I'm suffering with low back pain and I've been seeing a lot of support belts advertised to wear low down near the hips which supposedly help with the pain. Does anyone use this type of belt and do they help ease the pain ? I read lots of good reviews but you can't always trust them .
