Ceasefire cut to 10 - 12 days

Will Putin stop his deadly war in 10 - 12 days ?

What will happen if Russia/Putin ignores this ceasefire.

Will Trump really serve ‘very severe’ tariffs’ on Russia and other countries who support Putin.

Difficult questions. I wish I could feel more optimistic.

But at least we don't have to wait for 50 days.

Absolutely 👍

I get the Kyiv Independent in my email every day, and it keeps me up to date with their side of what's happening.
Can't remember how I found it.

Interesting question NanKate and it won’t be long ‘til we find out.
I think the penny has finally dropped with DT that Putin has his own agenda.

I doubt Putin will stop his war, ups, sorry "military operation" anytime soon. He has not reached his objective which was, and presumably is, the complete subjection of Ukraine, President Zelinsky's death and the re-birth of the Soviet Union, so why would he want to stop?

Presumably, he and his staff, both military and civil are laughing their heads off at the USA for electing Trump.

If Trump wants to increase tarifs or stop importing anything from Russia, neither will worry Putin - he and the top of Russian society won't suffer, only the ordinary long-suffering Russians will, and Putin has never cared about them.

I so agree, but I still wonder how the he** it took Trump to ‘realise’ Putin was playing him…or did they have some plan to carve up Ukraine together… ie Putin gets Ukraine and Trump gets ( some of ) the mineral rights, etc? Trump has long disliked Zelensky after he refused to dig up or ‘find’ any dirt on Biden years ago… and we all know there’s one thing Trump loves = HIMSELF! ( and power and money) …nothing else!

Trump unfortunately is easily distracted, so it will be a case of, can he keep focus for long enough?
Putin is a skilled and wily politician. He may have some trick to play. Hope not.

President TACO will not do anything, he can't offend his handler.
