Visiting Glasgow for the first time.

I’m visiting Glasgow for the first time ever on Thursday. I’m arriving by train about 11am and leaving just before 4.
I am accompanied by my adult son.
I don’t think we will have time to travel further.
Suggestions please, for the best things/places to see/do.
Not too bothered about where to eat- I’m sure we will find somewhere to grab a sandwich. Thank you.
