I usually make my own. I have an old bare willow wreath and I thread ivy, Holly, fir etc through it. This year I even have my own mistletoe, which I am most pleased about.

We make new easy wreaths yearly. Look lovely to me.

We have a very old one which was made by an old lady DH knew through work which comes out every year. I really should replace it but haven't the heart.

It has had a new ribbon occasionally and I've wondered whether to take the decorations off and replace with fresh each year, but no, on the door it goes each C*******s.

I do wish you would cease cussing!😁

Allira, It sounds rather like Trigger’s broom! 😂

I’ve had most of my door wreaths from Tk Maxx - they usually have a good selection. Another place to try is The Range and surprisingly I got my Easter one in Primark who do a good home range.

Thank you all for your suggestions.

We have, for the last few years, rented our Christmas tree which is why we buy a wreath from our gardener. Last year hers cost £70 but did last till Easter.

I asked about door wreaths but,
actually, the wreath goes on the granite porch wall so needs to be big and bright.

My artistic skills are totally non
existent so wreath making is not on!

I hadn't thought to look on Etsy, so thank you for that shysal.

shysal I've just looked at that page, thank you.

Definitely time to improve on the one we have with extra decorations!

Try Etsy uk, they have a good selection including lit ones.

This.

I'm not a crafty person but last Christmas my daughter persuaded me to go to a wreath making evening. Much swearing and sore fingers ensued. Back to the garden centre for both of us this year but at least we tried!

I make my own .
I wouldn't if I didn't enjoy it.
It takes me about ten days to decorate the garden .
I have a lot of old charity shop decorations and I tie them to the trees and shrubs in the front and back gardens .
It looks pretty .
And since I started doing it other neighbours have began to do a similar thing .

I get mine from the same place as I get my Christmas tree.

Put the order in usually about middle October to be delivered by middle December.

😀☺️

UTTB I do like a decorated bush.

I am quite shocked kitty when you haven’t had your street market thingy yet when we start to talk about C……s😄😁😪
Actually we paid good money last year for a natural fresh one.
What a disappointment it was.
It dried out, started dropping bits off.
I took it down and it went in the bin.
I shall be content with outside lights in our shrubs or as a well known poster said a few years ago, decorating my bush. Remember that?
Is that all TMI for this time in the morning?

Lights4fun have some

It depends how much you want to pay.

I would prefer a good garden centre wreath to anything that Amazon may have. In my local area, nearer the time, wreath making courses are available, should you fancy making your own.

GrannyGravy13 Tue 09-Sept-25 08:14:35

Have a look at your local garden centres, ours round here have fabulous Christmas decorations inside and out.

Gingster Tue 09-Sept-25 07:57:21

Amazons are about £20

Grandmabatty Tue 09-Sept-25 07:55:47

I looked at The Range and there's a pre lit one there for £51

Gingster Tue 09-Sept-25 07:55:04

There are a few on amazon

kittylester Tue 09-Sept-25 07:48:29

Awfully sorry for going early!

We usually buy a door wreath from our gardener but she is too busy designing to do them this year.

So, I am trying to find a large, prelit, outdoor, battery operated door wreath.

I have googled etc but can't find one.

Help - any suggestions please!!
