Smart coats that don't pill/bobble

Any recommendations please for smart coats that you don't have to constantly defuzz.
I'm sure years ago we didn't have this problem 😭

I think it’s because the material is felted now rather than woven.

I don’t have a brand to recommend. I was very disappointed a few years ago when having treated myself to a Jaeger coat I had take it back after a fortnight because of the poor quality.

Never bought a wool coat but every bleddy jumper I buy bobbles in five minutes

I have one of those things that defuzz bobbles.
As to coats, I invested in a Loden , a few years ago. Boobleless and will probably see me out .
