Help! over cooked apples

Thanks all I managed to make 4 turnovers the rest i will have in my yoghurt. Apple cake I've not made for years I've another cooker so that might be a plan.

Apple in yoghurt sounds delicious. I make an apple cake which uses 1/2 pint apple puree.

I had a large bramley apple in the pan with sugar and cinammon to make turnovers and ive overcooked them I've strained them and added a little cornflour to thicken and they aren't complete mush some apple pieces too. Can i still use for turnovers or any other ideas?
