I use Capasal shampoo for my psoriasis. It does help me but it’s a bit medical so if that is why she doesn’t like the ones she has been using she won’t like that either!
I also use Grahams psoriasis cream. It doesn’t look ‘medical’ and really helps to keep my skin from itching.

Yes- another vote for Aveeno.

Several friends with bad eczema swear by AVEENO products. They’re not cheap but are lovely to use apparently. They’re sometimes in special offer in Boots.

It is eczema so I’ll have a look at Child’s Farm. Thank you for your help.

I was also going to suggest Childs Farm - my daughter, who has moderately severe eczema, uses it and it's the best thing she's ever found

I believe Childs Farm products are very good. My son uses them and he has eczema.

Is the soreness behind her ears actually psoriasis?
Or does she have eczema?

My 11 year old dgd has inherited my tetchy skin. Using Zerobase as a shower gel helps but she hates using it. I’m hoping that someone can recommend a shower gel, and possibly a shampoo as she gets very sore behind her ears, that will soothe her skin but not feel so medical. She’s having a difficult time at the moment; nothing I can do about most of it but, with your help, I might be able to bring a little cheer in this area
