Probably includes an internal examination to test the strength of your pelvic floor muscles

Yes it does - just read about it. Thanks for your replies.

Chat GPT is pretty useful.

Can you not google Pelvic Health physio?

I received a text last week with an attachment explaining what's involved at my imminent appointment with a pelvic health physio which is because I have a prolapsed bladder. The problem is that I can't open the attachment which I've asked them to resend twice more. It was agreed on the last call that they'd email it to me. I've just been told they can't due to security so it's been posted. I can't see where the difference is because letters can and do go astray. I've just asked them to read the letter over the phone to me and refused. Worlds gone mad. So has anyone attended one of these sessions and can advise me what to expect please? As it is, I have no idea whether to expect a talk about exercises or if I've got to display my lady bits.
