Jewellery design/alteration

I have had all mine redesigned and had my mums wedding ring incorporated into my ring, however it's a mix of 18& 22 ct so can not be hallmarked but I don't really care. Plus my dad's big wide one I had it devided into x2 round wobbly circles which my sister and I wear on chains as necklaces.
Re design is worth every penny IMO.

Go chat to a number of craft jewellers. Their style can be very different so it depends what you like my Nana gave me a ring when I was a teenager I believe it was made from a couple of her diamond rings. I never wore it as it was too small I had it remade quite a while ago So far as the gold is concerned I think it will depend if the metal in the rings are compatible ie if it’s the same carot Don’t think it spelled like the vegetable

With hindsight, what a shame you had your mum's rings made into a bigger ring, they may have fitted you now 😐. As hands change so much with age (my hands are starting to go gnarly 😱) how about having all the gold rings made into a bangle with the stones set into it? Just a thought 🙂.
