Has anyone experienced this. I have dreadful knee pain for at least 3 weeks.
Cant bend knee backwards etc.
I have been to private physio, impossible to get NHS one.
She has diagnosed this, exercises etc.
I'm really ðŸ˜, no gym for at least 3 wks. No stress on knee etc.
I've checked with Dr Google and pain often in front of knee,
