Simple plastic wallet

I have a simple credit card size plastic wallet that we use for our National Trust cards. It’s so easy to show them at the admission desk. It’s getting tatty and needs replacing but I cannot find a replacement anywhere. Can any gransnetters help please?

An independent bag shop in our town sells something similar. Do have one locally?

Or a bag stall on a market maybe?

Plenty on Amazon and eBay if you’re not averse to online shopping

Thank you, I have been looking, but mine doesn’t have multiple sleeves, it just holds two cards (four if you put them back to back). Thanks anyway.

Thank you kittylester, I’ll try the market next time I’m in town.

Ah, sorry, I see what you mean.

Charity shops often have credit card sleeves in various sizes. If you rummage the purses section you'll probably find a decent credit card wallet in there for two cards. Alternatively you could cut a section off the likes of the one gransruleok put up or check on line for a smaller version.

A stationery shop? One that sells plastic folders for documents etc?

mimismo Sat 04-Jul-26 13:57:40

Or a shop that sells/tops up travel cards

I have, of course, looked in stationery shops, I’ve searched the internet and wondered if gransnetters might help, so far, no luck.

Of course you have, sorry. I was just musing where I'd go for one. Apologies

If you would like to pm me I can send you one from Spain?

I had a look on Amazon too and the minimum I could find was ones with 10 slots! I suspect you may have to buy one and cut off the ones you don't want.

Could you email the NT for a replacement I wonder?

crazyH Sat 04-Jul-26 17:47:23

Saw a nice one on Amazon just now - 2 for £4.99

Notspag I didn’t get it from NT, although I have had many compliments from the people who check our tickets. Why don’t they sell them, I’m sure they would do well.

Sorry mimismo, didn’t mean to be sarcastic, thanks for the offer, but we may not be talking about the same thing.

Hello GransruleOK. You can get them from an underground or National Rail Station. I have two I use. Just tell them your current wallet has had it,

There are these - but not transparent -

It's the sort of item that banks gave away as freebies. Nowadays you are lucky to have a local bank.
