After the busyness of the funeral there is often a time of confusion and emptiness. Your friends have stopped asking how you are, because you 'should have got over it by now', but of course you haven't. Cruse, the bereavement charity have a number of services they can offer, including a drop in Friendship group, where you can meet up with others who would like to start moving forward in their lives.
