We are all still thinking of you annie and your beloved daughter and her family. Please continue to post and get help from wherever it comes. Ignore FB and any adverse comments they are not worth thinking about. Along with others on this thread I continue to pray for strength for you and your family to get through this terribly sad time. So pleased you are getting sorted Annie there can't be anything sadder than a loving mother organising her child's funeral.

Son in law has changed his mind and doesn't want to choose the hymns and readings, I have done so now. Will discuss them tomorrow with Father M, he will approve so the order of service can be printed . Bearers chosen. Very little more to do just wait.

We all understand, you are being so brave and I admire so much.
I hope the next few days are bearable for you and your D's family.

Not troubled for shouting at a priest but for shouting at a dear friend , anyway he laughed . He saw me and my girls through the death of my husband, been with me through much sadness and joy.

I am sure the priest understands.

I am not at troubled that I was angry , just should not have shouted. I know my daughter is healed . Healing always comes but not always in the way we hope for.

Annie it's perfectly OK to be angry with God. He has broad shoulders and understands your pain. I vented my pain on Him when my son died. He loves you and if venting on Him helps then He will be OK with that.

annie. Don’t worry about the anger, your friend and priest will know it’s a part of grieving. Please, please ask people who report FB comments to you to stop, you need no more hurt. Sending love.

I am sure that your friend and priest is familiar with the anger that is part of grieving. He, as we all do, understand this. I hope that you are able to find some small comfort in arranging fitting tributes to her for her funeral service; and gain strength from the high regard she was clearly held in. Difficult days, but we are all keeping you in our thoughts.
