End of Life Planning

Hi,
I'm wanting buy a pre printed booklet to fill in with all my financial details etc to enable my executors to locate my bank accounts etc when I die. There are so many of these to choose from and they all have very mixed reviews. One complaint is that they are designed more for the American Market. Has anyone here filled out one of these planners and can recrecommend it. I don't want to waste my money on something not suitable. Thanks
